Alaleh Azarkhish
Alaleh Azarkhish is the Corporate Counsel at Mirion Technologies, Inc. Previously, Ms. Azarkhish was the Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs at Renkoo, Inc., a Silicon Valley Web 2.0 company. She was also formerly an associate in the Corporate Group of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she represented both public and private emerging growth companies with formation issues, as well as investors in venture capital financings in Orrick's Silicon Valley office. Ms. Azarkhish also advised clients with regards to bridge financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general securities and corporate law. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, is a global law firm with more than 1,000 lawyers in 18 offices worldwide working together across a multitude of practice areas. Ms. Azarkhish also served as Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Accuray, Inc., a medical technology company.Ms. Azarkhish received a Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2003 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honors, in Finance and International Business from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada in 2000.
