Network for Good
Network for Good makes giving and volunteering as easy as online shopping. They are a portal for connecting directly with non-profits and make it simple and affordable for nonprofits of any size to recruit donors and volunteers via the Internet.
Network for Good has a huge database of charities, so a donor can use their website to research nonprofits to donate to or volunteer with. They also offer a hosted service to enable nonprofits to accept donations on their own website. To date, Network for Good has raised over $370 Million in online donations for more than 50,000 nonprofit organizations.
GlobalGiving
GlobalGiving connects donors to a marketplace of over 700 pre-screened grassroots charitable projects around the world. Global Giving enables U.S. based donors to make tax-deductible contributions to local organizations based in over 100 countries, and allows donors to contribute to specific projects or needs of an organization, as well as to the organization itself.
Project leaders post their causes and details about what they need on the GlobalGiving website, giving donors an inside look at the project's unique needs and work being done, and provide updates to donors. Donors browse the website, research causes by topic or location, and pick the one that matches their particular interests and passions.
UniversalGiving
In addition to the service provided to individuals and NGOs, UniversalGiving provides a customized service to corporations for managing socially responsible companies' international employee giving and volunteer programs.
