KuuL is an institutionalized forum for Art and literature, who are interested in, who are creating and who are involved in the conservation or promoting it. In the center of our activities stand the Liberty of the Expression as a common goal, ideal and idealized form of the universal society. The society, in which nobody belongs to a common religion, speaks a common language and is determined by diversity. In this frame the Liberty of the Expression stand for the protection of individuals and the discovery of their borders in a democratic context. We are serving the people world wide but are stationed at the moment in Vienna. However our network streches from Richmond USA to Teheran Iran.
