Every year, many Iranian scientists go to Iran for family visits without having an opportunity to interact with the universities there. Having thought about this issue and with the objective of promoting collaboration of Iranian academics living abroad with the scientific community in Iran, a group of us that are alumni of Iranian universities residing now in Canada, USA and Iran have established a non-profit organization, Knowledge Diffusion Network on December 2003.
