Grant Seekers
Thank you very much for your interest in PARSA Community Foundation. We ask that all organizations interested in applying for a grant carefully read the information provided below and elsewhere on this website about the Foundation's grant making programs and priorities. PARSA Community Foundation provides grants to organizations for work in:
-Preservation and advancement of Iranian/Persian arts and culture;
-Development of leaders; and
-Civic engagement.
PARSA CF is inclusive to the global Iranian and Persian language-speaking community. Grant seekers should ensure that they with comply our grant making requirements and fit our guiding principles. We request that initial requests to the Foundation be made by submitting an inquiry form. Based on a positive review of this inquiry, grant seekers will be requested to make an application to the Foundation. Applications are reviewed and approved by our board semiannually during our Norooz and Mehregan grant cycles. Our next grant cycle will be the 2008 Mehregan grant cycle: letters of inquiry are due on June 12, 2008 and applications are due on July 10, 2008.
For this 2008 Mehregan grant cycle, we are especially keen on supporting grant applicants from organizations focused on nonpartisan voter registration, education and outreach, as well as student-run university organizations.
